MATERIALS

We use raw materials that get the requirements of the market to which our products are directed, including those that are totally recyclable and food grade.

POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTALATE (PET) (OUR BOTTLES’ RAW MATERIAL)

Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is a type of polymer widely used in packaging, containers and textiles.

The characteristics found for the use of this material, mainly used in packaging are:

It acts as a barrier to gases such as CO2, moisture and O2. It is transparent and crystalline, although it admits some non-toxic colorings. Unbreakable, lightweight, waterproof, not toxic, a necessary quality for the type of products that are available to the general public. Inert (to the content). Resistance to permanent stresses and to the wear, because of his high rigidity and hardness. High chemical resistance and good thermal properties, it has a great indeformability to the heat. Totally recyclable. Surface can be glazed. Outdoor stability.

HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (OUR CAP´S RAW MATERIAL)

High density polyethylene is a polymer of the family of 'olefinic polymers' (such as polypropylene), or of polyethylenes.

It is a thermoplastic polymer made up of ethylene repeating units. It is knowed as HDPE (High Density Polyethylene). Sometimes this material is in disposable plastic containers.

POLYPROPYLENE (OUR DOSIFIER´S RAW MATERIAL)

Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic polymer, partially crystalline, that is obtained from the polymerization of propylene (or propene). It belongs to the group of polyolefins and is used in a wide variety of applications including food packaging, laboratory equipment, automotive components and transparent protections.
